“Hey man, listen, exercise is good for you!”. How many times have we heard this? That exercise is good for you is no longer a secret. The TV, the radio, the papers and all our friends and family keep telling us this. Yet, many believe that exercise is somewhat painful and reserved for only a few.

  • You sweat less
  • Self-confidence boost
  • Endorphins

Why do you sweat less?

Any form of exercise puts the body into overdrive mode. Zumba, running, jumping, dancing and of course weight lifitng makes your body from passive to active. The heart beats faster, the brain becomes hyper-alert and the body temperature rises. A regular regime, auto-regulates the body to adjust to the new stimulus. In the process, you sweat less.

Self-Confidence boost

Endorphins?

Bonus Benefit: Bigger muscles, better looks

While almost everyone starts working out with the intention to get bigger, look better, these become bi-products after a while. The real fun in exercising is what it does to your brain, your physiology. THere’s a great release of stress
